King’s Way Christian EduCare |
Quality Care King’s Way Christian EduCare has been in existence since 1989, and several of the original staff members are still employed with King’s Way Christian EduCare. ¨ King’s Way Christian EduCare is a state-licensed Christian daycare center. ¨ All daycare staff attend annual child development workshops provided by the State of West Virginia. ¨ Staff is CPR and First Aid certified. ¨ King’s Way Christian EduCare participates in the Child Nutrition Program through the West Virginia Department of Education. ¨ King’s Way Christian EduCare is an equal opportunity daycare center. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, gender, national origin, handicap, age, or marital status of parents. We demonstrate this policy by equal treatment of all who are served by King’s Way Christian EduCare. Quality Education ¨ King’s Way Christian EduCare utilizes the A Beka book curriculum. ¨ With this curriculum children enjoy a balanced program in which care has been taken to consider every developmental facet. They are given a good foundation in basic skills and are otivated to look forward to elementary school. Being a Christian curriculum, A Beka includes Bible stories and character training. This curriculum is used in the two-, three-, and four-year-old classes. The children will be provided with their own workbooks. Therefore, there is a book fee assessed to your account each fall. ¨ The Toddler class uses supplemental material to prepare them for the A Beka curriculum.
